Day-wise Itinerary: Bhimashankar & Lenyadri Tour (2N / 3D)

Our Bhimashankar & Lenyadri Tour takes you from Mumbai through the dense Western Ghats to the ancient Bhimashankar Temple, followed by visits to the unique cave shrine of Lenyadri, the riverside temple of Ozar, and historic Shivneri Fort.
Day 1: Mumbai to Bhimashankar & Temple Darshan
Your tour begins with a morning pickup from your home, airport, or railway station in Mumbai in a private AC vehicle. Drive through the Sahyadri hill ranges toward Bhimashankar. Upon arrival, check into your hotel and refresh. In the afternoon, proceed to the ancient Bhimashankar Jyotirlinga Temple for Darshan. Explore the surrounding wildlife sanctuary trails, visit Nag Phani point, or walk down to Gupt Bhimashankar if time permits.

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive toward the historic Junnar region. Your first stop is the Vighneshwar Temple at Ozar, one of the Ashtavinayak temples set beside the Kukadi River. Afterwards, proceed to Lenyadri, home to the Girijatmak Ashtavinayak Temple located inside rock-cut Buddhist caves atop a hill. Climb the steps to offer prayers and admire the valley views. Check into your hotel in Lenyadri or nearby Junnar for the night.

After completing sightseeing, board your vehicle for a comfortable return drive to Mumbai, dropping off at your residence or railway station by evening.
