Day-wise Itinerary: Drass, Kargil & Leh Mountain Circuit (6N-7D)
Embark on a dramatic and unforgettable 7-day mountain circuit. This tour takes you from the beautiful city of Srinagar, through the historic and rugged terrains of Drass and Kargil, and into the breathtaking, high-altitude landscape of Leh, offering a true taste of the Himalayas.
Day 1: Arrival in Srinagar
Upon your arrival at Srinagar Airport, our representative will greet you and transfer you to your hotel or houseboat. The rest of the day is at your leisure to relax or explore the local area. Dinner and overnight stay in Srinagar.

Day 2: Srinagar to Drass
After an early breakfast, check out and drive to Drass, the “Gateway to Ladakh.” The journey takes you through the beautiful Sonmarg valley and over the high-altitude Zojila Pass (11,575 ft). Enjoy the stunning views as you enter the rugged landscape of Ladakh. Dinner and overnight stay in Drass.

Day 3: Drass to Kargil
Today, after breakfast, we will drive a short distance to Kargil. On the way, we’ll visit the Drass War Memorial, a poignant tribute to the soldiers of the Kargil War. Upon reaching Kargil, you will check into your hotel. The rest of the day is free to explore the town. Dinner and overnight stay in Kargil.

Day 4: Kargil to Leh
After breakfast, continue your drive to Leh. Along the way, we’ll stop at the serene Mulbekh Monastery, which features a large rock carving of Maitreya Buddha. We will also pass through the lunar-like landscape of the Moonland near Lamayuru. Upon arrival in Leh, check into your hotel and rest to acclimatize to the high altitude. Dinner and overnight stay in Leh.

Day 5: Leh Local Sightseeing
After breakfast, we will go on a tour of Leh’s main attractions. We will visit the ancient Leh Palace, the peaceful Shanti Stupa for panoramic views of the city, and the majestic Thiksey Monastery. The evening is free for you to explore the vibrant Leh market. Dinner and overnight stay in Leh.

Day 6: Leh to Pangong Lake Excursion
Today is an adventurous day! After breakfast, we will drive to the stunning Pangong Lake, famous for its ever-changing shades of blue. The journey takes you over the breathtaking Chang La Pass (17,600 ft). Spend some time at the lake before driving back to Leh. Dinner and overnight stay in Leh.

Day 7: Departure from Leh Airport
After a final breakfast, check out from your hotel and our representative will transfer you to Leh Airport for your flight back home, carrying with you unforgettable memories of your mountain circuit adventure.
