Experience the raw beauty of Ladakh with our signature Leh Nubra Pangong Package. This high-altitude journey crosses dramatic mountain passes to reveal the ancient heritage of Leh, the vast cold deserts of Nubra Valley, and the ever-changing, brilliant blue waters of the alpine Pangong Lake.
Day 1: Arrival in Leh & Complete Acclimatization
Arrive at the Leh airport, where our representative will receive you and provide a comfortable transfer to your hotel. Due to the rapid transition to a high altitude of over 11,000 feet, it is mandatory to spend the rest of the day resting completely. Proper room confinement and hydration allow your body to acclimatize safely. In the evening, take a gentle, slow-paced walk around the local Leh Market if you feel well adjusted.

Day 2: Leh Local Sightseeing & Sham Valley Excursion
After breakfast, proceed for a guided sightseeing tour along the Indus River on the Leh-Kargil highway. Pay your respects at the historic Hall of Fame museum run by the Indian Army and visit the sacred Gurudwara Pathar Sahib. Witness the unique optical illusion at Magnetic Hill and marvel at Sangam, the scenic confluence of the Indus and Zanskar rivers. Later, return to the town to visit the majestic Leh Palace and enjoy a beautiful sunset view from the white-domed Shanti Stupa.

Day 3: Leh to Nubra Valley via Khardung La Pass
Take an early breakfast and embark on an exhilarating mountain drive toward Nubra Valley. Your route climbs through Khardung La Pass, celebrated as one of the highest motorable civilian roads in the world at an altitude of 18,390 feet. Descend into the valley to visit the historic Diskit Monastery, featuring the iconic 106-foot tall Maitreya Buddha statue. Continue to Hunder village to explore the wide, cold desert sand dunes and enjoy a unique ride on a double-humped Bactrian camel.

After breakfast, check out and head toward the world-famous Pangong Lake. Your vehicle drives along the scenic, rugged route cut parallel to the beautiful Shyok River, passing through remote wilderness villages like Durbuk and Tangtse. Arrive by the afternoon at this deep alpine lake situated at 14,000 feet on the Indo-China border. Spend your evening walking along the shore, watching the deep blue waters shift shades as the sun sets over the trans-Himalayan peaks.

Your journey crosses the massive Chang La Pass, situated at a towering elevation of 17,590 feet, offering panoramic views of the cold desert plains below. Arrive back in Leh by late afternoon, check into your hotel, and enjoy your final evening shopping for local handicrafts or relaxing.
